Earlier this year, when Mike shared these videos, I enthusiastically printed out the accompanying workbook and binge watched them over a weekend. Little did I know how transformative these would be. That workbook, filled with my thoughts and my notes from exercises in the videos, turned into my very own self-help book, not something written by somebody else. I kept referring to it as I went through the 12 week transformation program.
Recognizing blockers from the past, having an action plan ahead of time to anticipate and address them, having written vision and mission statements as I worked towards a goal, were invaluable tools in my transformation journey. I know I will keep rewatching them and rewriting my self help book as time progresses. Thanks for creating and sharing this incredible resource with me, Mike!

I'm beyond thrilled to share that I completed my very first half marathon! It's been a journey filled with challenges, especially with knee and ankle injuries and minimal training, but I pushed through. A huge shoutout to the amazing Outsiders Bootcamp community! After 9+ years of training with The Outsiders Bootcamp, I gained the stamina and confidence needed to tackle this incredible feat.
I can't thank you enough Mike for the invaluable tips and ongoing support from our Facebook page and class discussions. I recently wrapped up my Camino Portuguese adventure—over 165 miles and more than 10,000 feet of climbs and descents in just two weeks! It was an unforgettable journey, and I have to give a massive shoutout to Mike Rawski for his awesome class programming and for drilling in the importance of consistency and discipline. Trust me, daily foam and ball rolling became my best friends! And to my incredible Outsiders crew, your cheers on Facebook and WhatsApp kept me going when the trail got tough. Hello Outsider Family,
 I joined outsider gym a little over a year ago and didn’t expect that I’ll change, or rather I’ll find my old self again. At Outsider I learnt that I can do anything, which is a life altering feeling. I lost 20lbs (and kept it off thru stress, vacations, partying). I made some amazing friends, did memorable hikes, learned to manage stress better, and being a better version of myself. Today, I moved to Texas (I know... California is the best, and I hope I am back soon). You are all lucky to have Mike and each other. Outsider was a big part of California for me. I’ll miss my 6am gang. Shout out to Mike Rawski for creating this amazing place and being an awesome trainer, friend, therapist and sometimes army general.

Little story:
10 years back when I was new to Bay Area, I have made couple of failed attempts to hike mission peak, couldn't complete the hike as I got drained physically and gave up! Always had a dream to take a picture at that pole.
Now with outsiders camp this dream has come true.
And Today was the day !!

Himalaya is the world's highest mountain range and Nepal hosts a third of the Himalayas. Trekking to Everest Base Camp was a long held dream of mine, which I finally got to do this past week.
...
This trip started off with some unforseen challenges - epic rain for 3 straight days that wrecked havoc in Nepal and had us grounded in Kathmandu, unsure if the hike would even happen. Nepal saw a record 57 inches of snowfall in those 3 days. We started our hike with a lot of uncertainty and a take it day by day mindset.
On a personal level, this hike was my test to see if I could handle higher elevations. I was pretty nervous going in. Sometimes the mental and emotional challenges, more than the physical ones, are harder to deal with. I read this line somewhere - 'The doubts, the self defeating inner voices - are the unwanted hitchhikers in our backpack. So true. I had to push past that. Physically I tried to be prepared with a combination of doing long hikes and being consistent at OB workouts this year.
Despite all the uncertainty and physical challenges of doing this hike, I thoroughly enjoyed each day. Pics and videos don't do justice to the majesty and beauty of the Himalayas! It just takes your breath away!

Enjoyed wonderful hikes in Yosemite region for 3 days over 25 miles with fellow OBers Shobana and Sumi and Sumi's husband Senthil! Highlight was the high altitude "Clouds rest" hike 13.5 miles at 8000 to 10000 feet. Such a beautiful view of halfdome from the top and a cool narrow rocky path to reach the top. Hikes to Wapoma falls (hetch hetchy reservoir) and to Devil's postpile / Rainbow falls are good ones on other 2 days. A nice nature trail to see Tufas at Mono Lake on the way back. Hectic but thoroughly enjoyed including draft beers, pizzas, jazz concert at mammoth lake
Thank You Mike for all OB training and hikes that we go through which really helped us do this, especially on a challenging 101 degrees the first day

Thankful to be able to do yet another wonderful hike last week - Grand Canyon - North Kaibab to Bright Angels - 25 something miles and 5000 feet. Started at 5:30 AM and finished at 5. It was supposes to rain all day but as luck would have it, it only rained a bit and rest of the day was cloudy and not too hot. I realized that the training I have been doing here is not only for body - it's also training for mental resilience and for hike this long, this was so important! Next goal R3!! Thank you Mike Rawski and fellow bootcampers for all the ideas and inspiration :)
